  • Documents available through registered access: use re:SearchNM if eligible. What can be viewed depends on registration, user profile, and the case-access rules.
  • A formal records request or a record not available through the public portal: use the New Mexico Courts IPRA request portal, select the responsible court location, and describe the requested record with reasonable particularity. The Administrative Office of the Courts is not the custodian of every local case file.
